About me
My running journey began in May 2019 with a 10K race at Azadi Stadium in Tehran. That single race was enough to make me fall in love with running. Soon after, I joined a wonderful running group, started training regularly, and discovered the world of trail running—a journey that would ultimately change my life. From Cappadocia to the Istanbul Marathon, from Lavaredo in Italy to Chamonix, every race became much more than crossing a finish line. Each one taught me something new, challenged me in a different way, and brought me one step closer to my biggest goal: completing the 120K Cappadocia Ultra Trail. Reaching that finish line made me realize that ultrarunning is more than a sport for me—it's a way of life and a journey I hope to continue for as long as I'm able to run. After years of consistent training, racing, and learning through both successes and setbacks, I decided to become a running coach. Today, my goal is not just to help people prepare for races or achieve personal bests. I want to help them build a sustainable relationship with running—training smart, staying injury-free, and most importantly, discovering the joy that keeps them coming back, one run after another.
